General Secretary Anaya informed his guests of the PT's work to develop human resources and complete organisational work for the general election in 2006.

Minister Canales expressed Mexico's support for Viet Nam's bid to join the World Trade Organisation (WTO). As a member of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, Mexico is willing to share experiences and cooperate with Viet Nam in order to help the latter successfully organise the APEC Summit in Ha Noi in 2006.
The Minister handed over to the Vietnamese delegation a draft cooperation agreement, which contains concrete measures aiming to raise the current two-way trade turnover of 130 million USD to a new level commensurate with the two countries' potentia./.
