Hoa, who led a Vietnamese delegation to the 11th Francophone Summit which opened in Bucharest, Romania, on Sept. 28, also called for maintaining national identity and traditions along with modernising and improving education quality through the application of information technology.
She said the Francophone community should supply more expertise for projects and programmes of cooperation in human resource development, personnel training and exchange of experiences in applying information technology to education in support of developing countries.
The efficient model of tripartite agricultural cooperation between Viet Nam, an African member country and an international aid should be considered to make it available in cooperation in education and information technology application among Francophome member countries, the Vietnamese head delegate said.
Hoa took this opportunity to present Vietnamese experience in educational development, especially in applying information technology.
Viet Nam has always prioritised policies for educational development, considering education for young generations as a foundation for sustainable development, concluded the Vice President. (VNA)
