Condolences to Ukraine over coal mine blast
State President Nguyen Minh Triet on November 21 sent a message of condolences to his Ukrainian counterpart Victor Yushchenco over the great losses in human lives caused by a methane gas explosion at the Zasiadko coal mine in Donesk province.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem also extended his condolence to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.- (VNA)
