Deputy Chief of the General Staff Lieut. Gen. Nguyen Duc Soat welcomed the visiting General Officer Commanding of the South African Special Forces, Brigadier General Rudzani Maphwanya in Ha Noi on December 4.

During the reception for the South African general and his entourage, Lieut. Gen. Soat said the visit contributed to boosting friendship and cooperation between the armies and people of the two countries.

Brigadier General Rudzani Maphwanya said he was pleased to visit Viet Nam and outlined the results of his working session with the Command of the Commando Force of the Viet Nam People’s Army.-(VNA).
