Officials learn economic management in Mexico
A delegation of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, headed by Permanent Deputy Minister Truong Van Doan, concluded a working visit to Mexico on December 14.
The visit was aimed at learning experiences in economic management, building strategy for management of investment capital, development of State budget and administrative decentralisation.
The Vietnamese delegation had working sessions with the Economic Research Department under the Mexican State Bank, as well as senior officials of the Finance and Public Credit Ministry and the Economic Ministry.
The two sides exchanged experiences in working out short-term and long-term socio-economic projections, combining investment programme with building socio-economic development strategy, making annual socio-economic development plan, and forming policies on setting up state and local budget.- (VNA)
