Minister for Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh to attend 66th session of United Nations General Assembly
From September 23 to 27, 2011, Minister for Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh will head the Delegation of Viet Nam to attend the General Debate of the 66th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
