British Foreign Secretary to pay official visit to Viet Nam

At the invitation of Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Pham Binh Minh, Foreign Secretary of Britain Mr. William Hague will pay an official visit to Viet Nam from 24th to 25th April 2012.
