Prime Minister congratulates Russian counterpart
(VNA - 09/05/2012) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on May 8 extended his congratulations to the newly elected Russian Prime Minister D.A. Medvedev.
Born in 1965, Medvedev is the former President of the Russia Federation. He was approved by Russia 's parliament with a vote of 299-144 to become Prime Minister of the new government on May 8.
