Viet Nam, Spain exchange messages of congratulations
(VGP – 23/05/2012) - Vietnamese State President Truong Tan Sang and Spanish King Juan Carlos on Wednesday exchanged messages of congratulations on the occasion of the 35th anniversary (May 23, 1977) of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
