Congratulations to Moldova
(VGP – 11/06/2012) - State President Truong Tan Sang on Monday cabled a message of congratulations to Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Viet Nam-Moldova diplomatic relations.
The same day, FM Pham Binh Minh also extended his congratulations to his Moldovan counterpart Iurie Leanca.
