Seminar helps boost exports to Hungary

Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) hosted a seminar on the Hungarian market in Hanoi on July 15 to help Vietnamese businesses increase their exports to the Eastern European country.

The seminar, co-organised by the Asian Centre, highlighted business opportunities as well as the advantages and disadvantages Vietnamese entrepreneurs might see while getting involved in the market.

Asian Centre Managing Director Jancso Janos also spoke about how his organisation can assist Vietnamese businesses access the eastern European market.

Hungary is currently attracting a large number of foreign investors thanks to its simplified administrative procedures and its convenient location on the commercial route that connects Asia-Pacific and Europe .

The country imports from Vietnam mostly coffee, tea, pepper, rice, footwear, garments and food materials.
