Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Pham Binh Minh atttends AMM 45 and related conferences
(MOFA 05/7/2012) - Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Pham Binh Minh will lead the delegation of Vietnam to attend the 45th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting (AMM 45), ASEAN Post Ministerial Conferences (PMC) and the 19th ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF 19) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, from 8th to 13th July 2012.
