Answer: Vietnam would like to applaud and congratulate Mr. Dimitry Medvedev on his election as the President of the Russian Federation. We believe that under the leadership of President Medvedev, the Russian Federation will continue to gain great achievements in national strengthening and development and a deserving position in the international arena. It is our expectation and confidence that the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation in the spirit of strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation would further strengthen and develop in the interest of the two people for peace, cooperation and development in the region and the world at large. |
