According to the information available, on the morning of September 19, 2008, Mr. Ben Stocking violated Vietnam's laws by taking photos in the prohibited areas. Mr. Ben Stocking intentionally ignored warning of officers on duty who were there to keep public order.
It is totally untrue that Mr. Ben Stocking was maltreated by Vietnamese security officers.
