ANSWERS QUESTION ON 11 MARCH 2009 Question: Could you please advise on the incident between the US vessel and Chinese ships in the Eastern Sea on March 8, 2009?
Answer: Vietnam holds that all activities in the Eastern Sea must be conducted in conformity with the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and in respect of the legitimate rights and interests of coastal countries. |
