+ The 5th Vietnam-Cambodia Conference on Cooperation and Development between border provinces

The 5th Vietnam-Cambodia Conference on Cooperation and Development between border provinces takes place from 3-5 June 2009 in Ho Chi Minh City. The Conference is co-chaired by H.E Mr. Pham Gia Khiem, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam and H.E Mr. Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Conference is also attended by leaders of relevant ministries, agencies and border provinces of the two countries.

At the conference, the two sides will review the implementation of agreements concluded at the 4th Conference and exchange views on concrete ways and means to add more substance to the cooperation among border provinces in 2009 and beyond.
