Please kindly confirm that the visit to Vietnam by Israeli President Shimon Peres, which was scheduled for this week, has been postponed, and what is the reason behind the postponement? Does this postponement have anything to do with the May 31st attack by the Israeli military on a flotilla shipping aids to Gaza?
Answer:
Due to the current situation, Vietnam and Israel have decided to postpone to an appropriate time the visit to Vietnam by President Shimon Peres of the State of Israel. The two sides will continue to work on the scheduling for the future visit.
