Question: Please provide information on the Second Meeting of the Viet Nam - Vatican Joint Working Group.
Answer:
As mutually agreed at the First Meeting of the Viet Nam - Vatican Joint Working Group in February, 2009 in Hanoi, the Group will convene in Vatican for the Second Meeting between June 23 – 24, 2010 to continue its discussion and implementation of issues laid out in the First Meeting.
Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Cuong and Undersecretary for Relations with States Monsignor Ettore Balestrero will respectively lead the Vietnamese and Vatican delegations.
