Question: Please advise us on whether Vietnam is going to sign the Convention on Cluster Munitions before the Convention enters into force on August 1st 2010.

Vietnam is completely supportive of humanitarian purposes of the Convention on Cluster Munitions and has been studying matters relating to entering into this Convention.
