Vietnam and the United States have not yet carried out negotiation on a Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy Agreement.
Question : Can you confirm that Vietnam has no intention to enrich uranium itself?
Answer:
Vietnam supports the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. Vietnam’s uses of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes will be in accordance with its international commitments and obligations.
