Viet Nam wishes to develop friendly relations with all countries, including the Republic of Korea. Leaders of the two countries reached common perceptions of shelving the past and looking towards the future. We ask the Government of the Republic of Korea to not have any speech or action that might hurt the feeling of Vietnamese people and negatively affect the cooperative relationship between the two countries”./.
