Defence Minister welcomes Russian guests
VNA 17/03/2010 - Minister of National Defence General Phung Quang Thanh received a delegation from the Russia Division of the Russia-Vietnam Inter-governmental Commission on Military Technical Cooperation (RVIC) in Hanoi on March 17.
General Thanh lauded the visit by the Russian delegation, led by Vyacheslav Dzirkaln, Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation and President of the Russia Division, as a good chance for the RVIC to share experiences and study possible areas of cooperation.
Over the past time, technical cooperation between the two countries has yielded good results, said the minister, who expressed wish that the cooperation will continue developing in the future./.
