 The Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Ekaterinburg, Russian Federation, warmly welcomes you all.The Consulate General has functioned officially since September 2007 in Ekaterinburg – the Capital of Sverdlovsk Region and “The third Capital” of Russian Federation. The Area of the Consulate General responsibility includes following regions and cities: Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Ulianovck, Samara, Izepsk, Perm, Chumen, Cheliabinsk, Upha, Orenburg, Omsk, Tomsk, Nobosibirsk, Barnaun, Kamerovo and Kranoiarsk. The Area is very rich by natural resources. In this Area there are very fast development of industry and a lot of potentials for the cooperation with Vietnam in the investment, trade, tourism development and culture exchange. The main task of the Consulate General is to fulfill the consulate functions and protection of the rights and interests of the Vietnamese community in the Consulate Area. The Consulate General also has the function to propose measures for promotion of the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries in the Area.
