Congratulations on Independence Day of Ukraine
(VGP – 24/08/2012) - State President Truong Tan Sang on August 24 telegraphed a message of congratulations to Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovich on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Independence Day of Ukraine.
On this occasion, PM Nguyen Tan Dung cabled a congratulatory message to his Ukrainian counterpart N. Azarov.
The same day, FM Pham Binh Minh extended his congratulations to Ukraine’s FM K. Grishenko.
