Kon Tum opens management course for Lao officials
The Vietnam's Central Highlands province of Kon Tum on July 30 opened a course on state management and Party work for 30 Lao officials.
The learners, who are leasers at all levels in Atopu province, will be provided with knowledge on state management theory, Party work and learn practical experiences in Viet Nam, especially in Kon Tum province.
The course will last three months.-(VNA)
