Leaders extend congratulations to Tajikistani counterparts
(VGP – 14/07/2012) - State President Truong Tan Sang on Saturday extended his congratulations to Tajikistani President Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and Tajikistan.
Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled a message of congratulations to his Tajikistani counterpart Hamrokhon Zarifi.
