Internet development in countryside
Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm agreed on August 14 the mechanism to realize the Project "Developing Internet for rural communities" funded with preferential loans from the Japanese Government.
The Ministry of Information and Communications was entrusted to function as the administer the Project and found a project management board including representatives from the ministries of Health, Agriculture and Rural Development, Hòa Bình Province People's Committee and enterprises engaging in net construction.
The ministers of Information and Communications, Health, Agriculture and Rural Development were assigned to assess and approve the feasible report and allocate the corresponding capital for every sub-project. (VNGOP)
