Viet Nam-Russia associations help elevate bilateral ties
The Viet Nam-Russia Friendship Associations have voiced their determination to work for closer cooperation and higher trust between the two countries.
A 2008-2010 cooperation pact was signed in Ha Noi on November 7, which underscored the associations pledge to make greater efforts in preserving, consolidating and further developing the two countries’ relationship.
They also committed to raising awareness on each country’s history, culture, education, spiritual values and economic achievements.-(VNA)
