Vietnam urges Czech and EU NGOs to give more aid
Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam called for more aid from non-governmental organisations(NGOs) of the Czech Republic and the EU at the 2nd National Congress held in Hanoi on April 12.
At the congress, representatives of the Vietnam-Czech friendship Organisation discussed ways to attract aid from NGOs of the Czech Republic and the EU for projects on poverty reduction particularly on AO/dioxin consequences and education, culture, science and technology.
The congress, chaired by the deputy minister of information and communications Nguyen Minh Hong, also pointed out the need to speed up friendship activities and promote economic, commercial, cultural, educational relations between Vietnam and the Czech Republic.
