State President extends condolences to Libya over plane crash
VNA 13/05/2010 - State President Nguyen Minh Triet on May 13 sent his condolences to Colonel Moammar Al-Gadhafi, leader of the Libyan Al Fateh Revolution, over a recent plane crash.
