Condolences to the Philippines over floods
(VNA - 12/08/2012) - President Truong Tan Sang and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung have offered condolences to the President of the Philippines , Benigno S. Aquino III over the heavy losses in human life and property caused by floods in Manila.
Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a message of sympathy to his Philippine counterpart Albert F. Del Rosario.
