Photo show marks anniversary of Russia’s October Revolution
A week-long photo exhibition was opened by the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) in Ha Noi yesterday to mark the 90th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution on November 7.
A collection of 117 black-and-white and colour photos, including documentary photos supplied by Itar-TASS and works by VNA photojournalists, provides an overview of the revolution under the leadership of Vladimir Lenin, the war against facism and socialist construction in the Soviet Union.
The photos also depict Russia’s landscapes as well as the close relationship between Viet Nam and the Soviet Union in the past and the Russian Federation at present.
The exhibition will last until November 12 at 45 Trang Tien Street. - VNS
