An agreement to this effect was signed in Ha Noi on Tuesday by Fisheries Minister Ta Quang Ngoc and Norwegian Minister of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs Svein Ludvigsen.

Minister Ngoc affirmed that the project is one of major focuses of the two ministries' cooperation. Both sides will continue efforts in joint projects on aquaculture development, expanding markets and personnel training.
