Defence leader welcomes Cambodian delegation
Sen. Lieut. Gen. Nghien said that over the past years, the VPA has always attached much importance to developing traditional friendship with the Cambodian people and the RCA in the past fight against common enemies as well as in the present peace maintenance.
He said that since 2005 the annual cooperation protocol has been signed annually between defence ministries of the two countries, under which cooperation in defence has been implemented effectively in many areas, making important contributions to strengthening traditional friendship between the two peoples and the armies.
Maj. Gen. Sam Sa-rin said that the visit is a good chance for the RCA to share artillery training experiences with the VPA./.
