Cambodian Royal Army Guards visit Vietnam
VNA 24/08/2010 - A delegation of the High Command of the Cambodian Royal Army Guards led by deputy commander General Dieng Sarun, has paid a working visit to the High Command of Military Zone 7.
During a session with the Cambodian delegation, Lieutenant General Trieu Xuan Hoa, Commander of Military Zone 7, briefed about recent socio-economic development and operations of armed forces in the military zone.
General Dieng Sarun, who is also deputy chief of the Cambodian Infantry High Command and Prime Minister Hun Sen’s adviser, said he wished his visit to Military Zone 7 would be a good opportunity for the delegation of Cambodia ’s High Command of Guards to learn and share experiences with the military zone’s armed forces.
The visit was made under a protocol on bilateral cooperation between the defence ministries of Vietnam and Cambodia./.
