Several correspondents: What is Vietnam’s comment on Cambodia’s ratification of the additional constitution law on the process of establishing a new National Assembly and Government?

Answer:

Vietnam welcomes the event. This is a positive advance aimed at breaking through current deadlock to establish a new National Assembly and Government in Cambodia.
