Remarks by FM Spokesman Le Hai Binh on 5 March 2014 regarding the situation in Ukraine.
In response to media’s question regarding Viet Nam’s position on recent developments in Ukraine, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Le Hai Binh on 5 March 2014 stated:
Viet Nam closely follows the situation in Ukraine.We hope that stability will soon be restored in Ukraine and that all issues will be resolved by law, for the sake of Ukrainian people, and of peace and development in the region and the world over.
Viet Nam is concerned and has asked Ukraine to ensure security as well as safety of lives and property for the Vietnamese community who are living, studying and doing business in Ukraine.
